Yes, well. So I'm not much in the Blog habit. Such is life. Sometimes I get to it, sometimes I don't.
Allison is quite the gymnast now. We go to the gym twice a week, and she would go every day if I'd let her. She has one coach who considers her ready for level two, but the one that moves the girls up wanted her to strengthen her cartwheel and backroll first. Her bar and beam work is "above level" according to her coaches. She seems to really love it all, and has some natural ability. We're having fun, which is what matters the most.
Will is going to be a reader. That boy adores books about as much as his Mom! He can sit and "read" for quite a long time, especially if the book is about trucks or tractors or motorcycles or airplanes....I'm sure you see the theme here.
John put up a new light fixture for me today in the dining room. I picked out a Tiffany style light and he hung it while I took a nap. What a guy! Something pretty...just for me. Wow.
Work is, well...work. But I'm working on my national certification in Oncology. I test for it in October. Then I'll officially be Ellen Stewart, RN OCN. Woo Hoo. I can see you're excited.
The cats that go outside got jingle bell collars today. Perhaps it will cut down on the carnage. Death, death, everywhere death! We have killer felines!!
This will have to do for a while. Perhaps I can update for summer. Signing off for spring....
